My new idea of keeping this blog up and running has been slow going here as I learn how to juggle working, baby, and housework. So my question to all is how to do get it all done? Maybe not all of it but how do you keep your house looking presentable while still spending all these precious moments with your little ones?

Also wanted to share some of my first auction experiences and gains from the day... We started by buying nothing and had intended to keep it that way but that all changed with 10 dollars and 60 cents. By the end of it all we came home with a 1916 & 1929 Singer sewing machines (the reason we bided) an WW1 footlocker, an old army tarp, a roll away bed, a full size head and footboard, a nightstand, a side table, a very large old wood picture frame, and some other useless stuff...

A new life is in store for several of the items:
-Sewing Machines - Great table conversation pieces in our new house somewhere.
-Footlocker - A great little toy chest for Baby Boy.
-Nightstand - After a sanding and coat of white paint a new home beside our bed or backdoor?
-Side table - Again, a good coat of white paint and some love.
-Picture Frame - Some love, cleaning up, and some paint and I'm hoping someday that it will make a home above a mantle...

Pictures to follow, when I actually find the charger for my camera.
